Cashew nuts are among the most nutritious nuts in the world and very beneficial for human health because it contains excellent source of copper, manganese, phosphorus and magnesium, vitamin B6 and vitamin K, Iron, potassium, zinc and selenium. Cashew is consumed all over the world as a snack or used as a food ingredient. Every year, the world eats more than 600,000 metric tons of cashew. And fortunately, it’s a very healthy food.
